Story
Captured in October, the photograph presents an elevated view across Ortisei, also known as Urtijëi and St. Ulrich in Gröden. A pale pink church with white trim and a tall onion-domed bell tower forms the foreground, while houses spread across the green hillside below rugged mountains partly veiled by low clouds and mist. The scene combines architectural detail, village character and atmospheric alpine landscape in a calm travel photograph.
