A broad panoramic landscape looks across the green meadows and rural settlement of St. Magdalena in the Funes Valley. The jagged Odle and Geisler mountain group rises beyond forested hills beneath a partly cloudy summer sky.
Story
Captured on 18 June 2018 from Kirchweg in St. Magdalena, the image looks across an elevated grassy slope toward scattered chalet-style buildings, conifer-covered hills, and the pale-gray peaks of the Odle/Geisler mountain group. Soft summer daylight, large clouds, and patches of blue sky create layered depth across the valley scene.
