This panoramic landscape photograph shows a gently sloping meadow dotted with small yellow flowers at Eggberge above Altdorf in Uri, Switzerland. Conifer trees frame a broad range of rugged, snow-covered mountains beneath clear blue skies. Captured in spring, the image conveys the contrast between alpine meadow, forest and distant peaks.
