Description
An elevated view reveals pale layered rock, rounded erosion hollows, narrow channels, and small blue-green pools in a rocky watercourse near Ponte Brolla at the entrance to Valle Maggia. Dense vegetation borders the sunlit gorge, while a small figure provides scale.
Story
Captured in summer, the image looks down across layered stone slabs, rounded erosion hollows and narrow channels shaped by flowing water. Blue-green pools form darker focal points among the pale gray and beige rock, while leafy vegetation frames the upper and left edges. The location is documented near Ponte Brolla in the Locarno District of Switzerland, within the Ponte Brolla–Arcegno federal landscape of national importance.
